Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays.
Local deliveries times estimated 5 days from order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Note during Covid-19: Local delivery is possible if you live near our stores in Batam or Ubud. Shipping to Singapore is S$20 (please note: your box must be collected from the Batam Fast Ferry counter at the Tanah Merah ferry terminal). For all other countries, please contact us for details on how we can ship your items to you in the most efficient way.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
You are solely responsible for any custom and taxes which are applied to your order. Any kind of fees/charges imposed during or after shipping including tariffs, taxes and so on get to be customer’s responsibility only.
Our site is not liable for any loss or product damage during shipping. If the damaged product is received, contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. You are expected to save the necessary packing materials and damaged goods before you file their claim
International Shipping Policy
International shipments are sent out within 7 working days. During Covid-19, please contact us for details on how we can ship your items to you in the most efficient way.
Product can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery with full refund . It can take up to 25 days for an Product to reach us once you return it.
